Discover Tanzania
Tanzania is a land of epic natural wonders and incredible wildlife! Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's tallest mountain, rises majestically from the plains—it's a volcano with a snowy peak even near the equator! The Serengeti is one of the world's greatest wildlife spectacles, where massive herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles migrate across endless grasslands, and lions, leopards, and cheetahs hunt. It's one of nature's greatest shows.
Zanzibar is a magical island off the coast with pristine beaches, clear turquoise waters, and a rich history as a spice trade center. The Stone Town mixes Arab, Indian, and African influences with narrow winding streets and historic buildings. Lake Tanganyika is one of Africa's largest lakes with unique fish found nowhere else.
Tanzania is home to many ethnic groups—the Maasai, Zulu, and others—each with unique languages, clothing, and traditions. Dar es Salaam is a vibrant coastal city with markets, music, and energy. From the vast savannahs to tropical islands to mountain peaks, Tanzania offers adventure at every turn and reminds us why protecting wildlife matters for all of us.
